The Sly Grog Story

In 1919, 22-year-old Mary Lynch meets the infamous Queen of the Underworld, Kate Leigh, in her outback pub. Kate proposes a tempting deal to Mary: Mary is to look after Kate's guests in return for the finest alcohol every week. The deal works out well, but Mary notices that Kate is selling illegal alcohol in her lodge. When she gets curious, she gets into danger, but Kate rescues her. The two women become partners, and the lodge becomes a hip place. But intrigue lurks in the dangerous underworld.
